You may use the Order Status Tool to produce a softcopy POD, which contains the name of the person who accepted the shipment at your site.

If your order was Cisco Routed but still no tracking details are available while the shipset shows as Shipped, please contact us for support.

For Self Routed shipments, please contact your own specified carrier for POD details. We will only be able to provide evidence (Proof of Collection) that the shipment was handed over from the SLC's.
