What is our survey?
Our goal is to gather your feedback based on a recent Sales Order you placed with Cisco. Our nine question survey will provide us the quantitative data around your quoting, ordering, fulfillment and delivery experience.
We want to ensure a seamless overall experience for our customers. We love to hear what we're excelling in, but we also want to hear your concerns around pain points so that we are able to make improvements to meet your future business needs.
How frequently can you expect a survey invitation?
We send out our survey once month. You can expect to receive a survey invitation until you either 1) opt out to receive ANY Cisco survey or 2) you complete the survey you won't hear back from us again for another twelve weeks.
