What are the benefits of being in the Cisco Collaboration and Contact Center User Groups?

Version 7

    Discover Cisco User Group Benefits

The Cisco Collaboration User Group is predominantly virtual. Through exclusive webinars conducted through Cisco WebEx and MeetingPlace, Cisco customers and partners can learn collaboration best practices, gain early access to information about new product and solution releases, influence roadmaps, and hear directly from Cisco executives and technical experts. Private online spaces enable user group members to discuss user group issues. The annual Cisco LIVE conference enables members to meet in person.

Additionally, Cisco Contact Center customers can join the Cisco Contact Center User Group. Membership to both is free!
