Outbound Campaign Time Issues

    Hi, I am trying to update outbound campaign using APIs, but I keep receiving errors like this:   Starttime Campaign start time(-60) is less than general start time(0) setting. InvalidInput Both General outbound start time and campaign start time are configured at 12:00 AM. What I can see is that when I try to update the campaign, then 12:00 AM is translated into 24 hour format (00:00) but then, (when PUT method is called) 00:00 does not correspond to 12:00 AM anymore. Where am I mistaking? Waiting for answer. Thanks

    I tried to search for the bug you specified, but I receive the following message:

    Hi Filippo,
     
    Defect CSCue47880 is essentially "The campaign rest api does a unnecessary and incorrect start/end time validation. The campaign start/end times are compared with the outbound general page start/end time values. This is incorrect and not required."  
     
    Fix is available in ciscouccx.902.ES02.4.cop file.

    Thank you for your answer, I am currently using UCCX version 9.0.2.10000-71.
     
    Can you tell me if the fix you prompted is campatible with it?

    Hi Filippo,
     
      You have to apply the  ciscouccx.902.ES02.4.cop  on your UCCX902 installed server to get the fix. Please contact Cisco TAC to obtain the cop file and instructions to apply cop.
