    Is there a mechanism by which I can determine a given CUCM's ClusterID value through an AXL WSDL query? The problem that we are exeriencing with SNMP is that the ClusterID mib value dissapears if the "Cisco CallManager" service is not running on the given Call Manager being queried. I looked through the AXLAPI.wsdl file from the axlsqltoolkit.zip and only saw RemoteCluster information, and nothing regarding the local cluster name.
    Thanks!

    The following request seems to work on my 8.5(1) system.  Note that getServiceParameter is a newer request...the raw data is present in the 'processconfig' table.
    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ns="http://www.cisco.com/AXL/API/8.5">
       <soapenv:Header/>
       <soapenv:Body>
          <ns:getServiceParameter sequence="1">
             <processNodeName>EnterpriseWideData</processNodeName>
             <name>ClusterID</name>
             <service>Enterprise Wide</service>
             </ns:getServiceParameter>
       </soapenv:Body>
    </soapenv:Envelope>
    ----------------------------------
    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
       <soapenv:Body>
          <ns:getServiceParameterResponse xmlns:ns="http://www.cisco.com/AXL/API/8.5">
             <return>
                <serviceParameter uuid="{63114FDE-CAE0-4FE7-90B9-225B2BFE7FED}">
                   <processNodeName uuid="{00000000-1111-0000-0000-000000000000}">EnterpriseWideData</processNodeName>
                   <name>ClusterID</name>
                   <service>Enterprise Wide</service>
                   <value>StandAloneCluster</value>
                   <valueType>string</valueType>
                </serviceParameter>
             </return>
          </ns:getServiceParameterResponse>
       </soapenv:Body>
    </soapenv:Envelope>

    Thanks for the information! If you state that this is a newer command, is there a more generic one that works across all versions?
