CUIC 9.0.2 - Report on agent external outbound calls

    Hi All,

    Is there a field/report that i can use to create a real time report that shows the amount of outbound calls are made by an agent? These are not dialler calls, just calls manually made by the agent. There seems to be a field called "outExtnCalls" which is a historical field i believe. Is there any way to create something in a real time report?

    For Real Time Report on Outbound calls :  Use Call Direction in Agent Real Time table.
    For Historical Report for Outbound Calls : Use PeripheralCallType = 9
