UCCX 8.5 SU3 Socket Read Exception

    Dear All,   We are facing issue in our custome UCCX CTI solution and after observing MIVR logs found that there is an exception saying socket.ReadException just after sending the response to Keep Alive message and after 1mili second We also observe that there is an exception some line above saying "TOO_LONG_IN_QUEUE:Event queue time exceeded" We need your assistance on how to find the reason and solve this issue.   One more thing, we face this issue randomly, 2 times a day to 5 times a day   For your reference the log from CTI Connection stablished till exception is attached herewith.   Hope to hear something good/informatory from your side.   Regards Kashif Surhio

    This would appear to be a network error where the UCCX server is losing the connection to your client.
