Is it possible with TCL to have the IP Phone dial a phone number if the phone is taken off-hook but no digits are dialed?  We have a scenerio in which the IP Phone needs to dial an emergency number if it goes off-hook but no digits are dialed.  Once we hit the first digit timer instead of getting busy tone we need to dial a phone number.

Does anyone know if this is possible with TCL?

Tcl IVR CANNOT detect ephone offhook.

Please check out Cisco UC Express Services Interface as it can monitor ephone.

Would it be possible to match a diall-peer if no digits were dialed from the ephone on CME?  Then we could use TCL to transfer/forward to a destination.

    thanks,

If you can find a way to match "no digit" in dial0peer I think Tcl application can be triggered. The question is how to match "no digit" ?
