UCCX How to know total calls in queue

    I am pretty much new to UCCX and its schema. We are building reports by understanding the schema and the historical reports. 
    Had a requirement to get real time stats of the queue. RtCSQsSummary table provides me with the snapshot data, but that doesnt suite our requirement.
    Right now am wondering how to know the total calls available in a queue ?
    Also, is there any stored procedure which populates data into RtCSQsSummary ? Knowing this, I can make use few stats that are calculated and placed into RtCSQsSummary table.
