CUIC reporting for CVP Post Call Survey

    Can CUIC pull a report of CVP Post Call Survey ?
     
    Post call survey will be saved in CVP Reporting server & I believe CUIC can pull reports from CVP Reporting server.
     
    All I need to confirm is does CUIC have a standard reporting template for this or it needs a customized one ?

    Thanks Senthil, yes PCS data will be stored in CVP Reporting server. So can we write a query to dig CVP Reporting server DB like you mentioned for AW DB ?

    No built in. You need to write your query to dig in the DB for the post survey results. In my deployment, we had the PCS survey results stored as a Call Type data in the AW/HDS DB. I not sure of the PCS data stored in reporting DB, unless your CVP application is taking the PCS responsiblity (in my case it was ICM, except for bridging the call)

    Personally i haven't done it myself but i see no reason why it can't be done. You need to know the schema and the DB you are pulling from and a correct query.
