Agent Stats - Time in State

    I may be missing something, but I do not see any ay to get an agent's time in current state.  Is this available, if not is it on the roadmap?  I believe this is an important statistic for contact center managers to monitor.

    This is not in 8.5(3), but this will come in our next release.  Our engineering team is working on that feature now.
