Does anyone know if CUIC Standard contains all of the reports that were in WebView? Also, can you import Webview reports into CUIC Standard?

Depends on what you are lookng for. since CUIC support some level of customization, you don;t need all webview templates. but you can find the important ones in the CUIC templates.

Webview reports cannot be imported directly to CUIC. But i do remember seeing all the SQL statements in the 'documentation' section which you can import as report definition and create reports, if you haev CUIC premium.

    Hi,

I am using CUIC 8.5 for report customization. I won't be able to create a customized report using my own report definition. I want to use below definition:

    SELECT Call_Type.EnterpriseName, Call_Type.Description AS DNIS, Call_Type_Interval.CallTypeID,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.ServiceLevelCallsOffered) AS CallsOffered,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.CallsAnswered) AS CallsAnswered,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.TotalCallsAband) AS TotalCallsAband,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.ServiceLevelAband) AS ServiceLevelAband,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.ShortCalls) AS ShortCalls,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.CallDelayAbandTime) AS CallDelayAbandTime,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnswerWaitTime) AS AnswerWaitTime,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval1) AS AnsInterval1,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval2) AS AnsInterval2,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval3) AS AnsInterval3,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval4) AS AnsInterval4,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval5) AS AnsInterval5,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval6) AS AnsInterval6,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval7) AS AnsInterval7,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval8) AS AnsInterval8,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval9) AS AnsInterval9,
    SUM(Call_Type_Interval.AnsInterval10) AS AnsInterval10
    FROM
    Call_Type (nolock),
    Call_Type_Interval (nolock)
    WHERE Call_Type.CallTypeID = Call_Type_Interval.CallTypeID
    AND Call_Type.CallTypeID in (:calltype_list)
    AND Call_Type_Interval.DateTime >= :start_date
    AND Call_Type_Interval.DateTime <= :end_date

    GROUP BY Call_Type.EnterpriseName,
    Call_Type.Description,
    Call_Type_Interval.CallTypeID

For this definition i wanted to create a customized report which is apparently not possible for me. Can anybody help?

    Regards,
    Jawad Hassan

What error are you getting when you try and create the report? Did you validate your query by first runing it in SQL and aqainst the db?

Sounds like you only have CUIC standard. You need CUIC premium in order to create your own report definitions.

In that case you should be able to create the report definition fine. How are you creating the report definition then? If you are leaving the :calltype_list, :start_date and :end_date in the query then you need to create it as an Anonymous Block definition and then associate the Call Types value list to the CallTypeID field.

You can hire a partner that has a premium version of CUIC to do this for you.  It's can be done without a premium version by exporting/editing/reimporting the template and report definitions, but but it's very tricky and not something I would recommend you do in a production environment.

It is probably because you don't have a key criteria field.  Try including the Call_Type.CallTypeID field in your query.
Also, what information are you trying to get, calls answered in less than X seconds?
