state in agent desktop not update

    Hi,
     
    I try to use the sample client to update state of agent desktop and the command is
     
    setagentstatereq -s 3 -e 32760 -f 0 -p password -c Testing_CSQ -d agentID
     
    And the response is 
     
    Msg: SET_AGENT_STATE_CONF, BodyLength: 4
     
    After I update the state use the sample client, the actual state in ccx is ready and the agent can receive call. But, why the state displayed in Agent Desktop still "NOT Ready"? Is the agent state sychronized with ccx?

    You cannot control another agent desktop using the sample and CAD agent desktop at the same time.
