    Hi Gregory,

The Agent Skill group table lists them out per agent per skill so it's not the best for counting logged in time as if you have multi skilled agents it will double count logged time per agent for as many skills they have if you sum logged in time (ie if an agent works an 8 hour shift and has 2 skills, sum of logged in time on that report will be 16 hours for that agent).

    Cheers,

    Nathan Luk

I am trying to make sense of the canned CUIC report Agent Skill Group Historical All Fields.

One of the fields, logon time, seem to come from Agent_Skill_Group.LoggedOnTime. However, this report is by 30 minute intervals and over and over it is showing a logged on time of hours. I would think the maximum would be 30 minutes.

Is there something I am missing in viewing this report or using this field?  Over time it looks like a call center agent has been logged on for hundreds of hours a month, not really physically possible.

    Thanks for any info.

I think it's damaged report.  I've noticed it on ours but our supervisors don't really use it.
Attached is the one we use, maybe you can use it.

i get this error when i try and import.
Error " Import could not be completed: Query validation failed - Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'with'. If this statement is a common table expression or an xmlnamespaces clause, the previous statement must be terminated with a semicolon."

Also, i ran in to the same issue of incorrect logged on time from the stock template. Ours is 8.5.3 CUIC.
