    Hi All,
     
    We have recently upgraded our OLD HIPCC Platform from 7.0 to 8.5, now we are facing problems with report since web views is removed from this version onwards we are using CUIC 8.5, now call center supervisor looking for the same templates which was available in cisco web view, at present they are asking agent media logout status agent03 report in CUIC kindly any one help us to get the template.

    Basicaly, even though my report definition show UCCE HISTORICAL for data source, all my data sources are really pointing to the AWDB database.  None point to the actual historical database.
     
    This is another version of the logout report but with logout duration.
