Build 629 Quit Working with Server Halted in stderr.out

    I've installed the lastest release of Finesse - build 629 - and I have
    UCCE 8.5(3) and UCM 8.6(1) running. After I did all the configuration two weeks ago, the agent was able to login with Finesse client, answer phone calls and dial out. For some reason, it just quits working.
     
    In the stderr.out, it shows "Server Halted"

    Have you tried restarting Finesse?

    I reboot the system several times and receive the same result.

    1. What result do you see when you try to bring up the desktop in the browser.  What error message(404, 503, etc) do you see in the browser ?

    2. In addition the the Finesse logs, we will need the Tomcat logs (see the Finesse Admin Guide for the command: Platform Tomcat logs: file get activelog tomcat/logs recurs compress)

    3. Please also record the time at which you reboot the box, and the time at which you triy accessing Finesse along with the corresponding  Finesse and Tomcat logs
