No description of call variable parameters which make a call in "Cisco Finesse Web Services Developer Guide (API) Release 9.1(1)".
CTI OS has the parameter of make a call. Has finesse the parameter of make a call?
How can I set call variables when make a call?

There is another thread that discusses setting Call Variables in Finesse from within a Browser. see: http://developer.cisco.com/web/finesse/community/-/message_boards/message/21121837

Otherwise, if you are trying to set call variables in a thick client using the REST API directly, then see the section titled "Dialog - Update Call Variable Data" in the Finesse Web Services Developer guide.

While you can set the call variables after a call is active, there is no facility to set call variables on the makecall itself.

Thank you very much for your quick answer. I have a question in below -

Max number of Dialed Number is 1,000 and max number of Agent is 6,000, these are Packaged CCE's limitation.
Dialed Number Plan is not supported by Packaged CCE so when making a call from an agent to agent, each Agent ID needs to be defined as DN.
But we can't use Agent ID as DN because number of agent is over max number of DN.

    As an alternative plan -
A single, fixed Dialed Number is defined for all agent to agent calls which kicks a routing script.
In the routing script route to agent using Agent to Agent node. Agent ID is set in call variable.
But Finesse API can't set call variable on the makecall.

So I think we have no way to implement Agent to Agent call on an environment Packaged CCE + Finesse.
    Is there any solution?

    Correct 1000 Agents , 1000 DNs.

Isn't PCCE limit is 1000 concurrent agents? if you running close to that number, dont think PCCE is the right solution

    Thanks!

Yes, max number of concurrent agent is 1,000. but limit of configured is 6,000.
So I can't set agent ID as DNs.

What is the best practics for this issue?
