    In one of the environment I am getting lots of CALL_DATA_UPDATE_EVENT (Around 20-25 per second) with no new information in two events. This is causing extra load on my application. What could cause this behaviour from Cisco side.

    If this is a bridge mode client you will get lots of CALL_DATA_UPDATE_EVENTs.  It this is an agent mode client then try to duplicate the same scenario using CAD and check the MIVR log to discover the issue.
