Hello,I have an ASR loaded with 15.3(3)S1 and I'm following the tutorial instructions below but my router does not have the oep transport command
router> enable
router# configure terminal
router(config)# onep
router(config-onep)# transport type tcp
router(config-onep)# start
router(config-onep)# exit
router(config)# exit
router# write memory
--------------------
rtr-1001#conf tEnter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
rtr-1001(config)#onep
ONEP configuration commands:
cpu         CPU resource
default  Set a command to its defaults
exit         Exit from ONEP configuration mode
history   One Platform History Trails
no          Negate a command or set its defaults
service  ONEP service set
session One Platform Session
rtr-1001(config-onep)#transport type tcp
                                         ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

rtr-1001(config-onep)#

A onep status command says all three transport types are disabled (tcp, tls, and tipc)
What am I missing. The tutorial says to run 15.3.3 for the ASR 1001 platform.
ThanksAl Silverstein

Hi,
I have the same issue with a Cisco 2921. I upgraded system image from binary c2900-universalk9-m2-SPA.153-2.T.bin to c2900-universalk9-m2-SPA.153-2.T.bin. Now routeur don t have onep "transport" and "start" commands.
I came back to 153-2.T and it works again. Did I miss a step or do I download the right image file?

Thanks, regards

Hi Gildas,

It looks like you printed the same image name twice.  Which version did you upgrade to?

Thanks,
Zach

Sorry,
I mean the 15.3.3M1.
But I saw in compatibility matrix that maybe I should use 15.3.3M ?
Regards

Yep.  Stick with the stock 15.3(3)M and it will work.

yep that worked.  So for the record,
this image does NOT have the transport command:
asr1001-universalk9.03.10.01.S.153-3.S1-ext.bin

this image does have the transport command:
asr1001-universalk9.03.10.00a.S.153-3.S0a-ext.bin

The start command is no longer needed.  You just need to setup a transport.

Ok for 15.3.3M and "transport type" command.
Stil not have "start" command, that command is not any more supported in onepk 1.0.0 isn't it?
Thanks,
best regards,

That is correct.  OnePK has been removed from those images.  You can use 15.3(3)M (not M1) to get API 1.0, and you can download the 15.4T special images from the Tools link at the top of http://developer.cisco.com/web/onepk to get the new Controlled Availability 1.1 API.

OnePK will be reintegrated into release images when it goes GA later on this year.
