Date Changes on Export to XLS

When my customer exports their UCCX reports into excel, it would appear that the date column for the 1st two weeks of the month appear as 10/01/2013 13:52, right justified, the 2nd two weeks show as  10/16/2013 09:08:48AM left justified.

Has anyone seen this happen before in a customer environment. Whenever I VPN into their system and access the reports and then export I do not get the
same problem, it actually exports fine..

If anyone has come across this and knows how to rectify it - is it an excel issue or a CUIC problem.

    All help welcome.
