    I will elaborte my question further...

    I have subscribed to agent who has currently logged into finesse using
    the below snippet and also i could receive the user change event for the
    same.
    user = new finesse.restservices.User({
                    id: id,
                    onLoad: handleUserLoad,
                    onChange: handleUserChange
                });

    Similarily,
    how could i subscribe to user change event of multiple/all agents. This
    is needed as we are developing a supervisor gadget which tracks the
    status of group of agents irrespective of team they belong. Note: I have
    done team based subscription and it gets work.

    You cannot subscribe to multiple/all agents.  A supervisor can only subscribe to agents on their team.

    David Lender:

    Can an agent get team notification?
    Team performance gadget is meant for supervisor only!
    It seems Team object can be retrieved through getSupervisedTeams() function only which retrieve empty object in case of agent.

    In order to get User notifications as an Agent, here is what I do. Note that you will need Administrator credentials.

    1Get a list of all the teams (requires Administrator credentials)
    2Subscribe to the Users in each team (requires the Team URI with "/Users" appended to that URI)

    Hi Joseph,

    From a gadget how can an agent (not a supervisor) subscribe to team notification for his own team?
    I failed to find any such API in gadget doc.

    Thanks
