Service Level Question Call type reports

    can anyone explain, the following.

    A call entered the call type and the ASA was 3mins 24secs.... where the Service levl limit is 30 seconds, however the SL column sowed a SL of 100%.

    Surely that can't be right?

    ANy ideas?
