    Hi I am trying to get a list of NOT Ready agents in Script and email them when there are more than 4 calls in queue so they can get ready. I have most of the things already done but I am not able to find how to get list and email address of those agents and email them. I am able to email all by configuring the recepient  parameter ( add all manually)  and emailing all when calls are more than 4 but it goes out to all agents, who are already ready. Is there way to only email who are not ready.
