Upgrade UCCX5x to UCCX 7.0-recreated workflows, but Screen Pop doesn't work

    Can anyone share experience with this upgrade and how to resolve the screen pop issue. My customer UCCX is retrieving Customer account from an external Oracle Database. When Agent answers call, screen pops on CAD with Customer Account, DNIS, ANIS, but this functionality is no longer working after the upgrade. Please If you experienced this issue let me know how it was corrected

    Can you let me know the procedure which you have followed to create the rule for the screen pop. And also ensure that the agent is mapped to the particular flow. Please find below screen shot for your references.

    And also can i get the screen shot of action rule.? (PFA screen shot)
