Can anyone advise, how to give permissions to the Users in CUIC for UCCX...  We have installed UCCX at a customer site and I have created a number of reports, none of which my users can see. Whilst the Excute & Write permissions windows are visible, I am unable to click in them to give the users permission to see them! Does the permissions work in the same way as it does for UCCE, meaning that unless i am signed in as a superuser, so i can see all the users, there is no way I can make changes?  If this is the case and a SUPERUSER has not been created, then please can you advise how to do this.  Thanks Sarah

Are you on CUIC 9.0?  If so, there is a new "feature" on CUIC 9.0 where you have to create custom user groups and assign them to all users.  You cannot have the users hang out  in the AllUsers group any more.  Click on the user radio button, then edit, then the group tab.  Move the new custom group over to the user groups and also  change the top pull down under my group to the new group.

Yes we are on CUIC 9.0, however everyn has been set up in the ALL user groups, and none of the user have been set up with permissions to create a new group - which is the problem!

UCCX seems to be set up different to UCCE and as I have never worked with it before it is proving difficult, as the installer doesn't seem to have to have set up an Administrative user!

    Any ideas?
