    Hi Rodrigo,

    Unfortunately, user cannot change an Agent reply template.
    Also for Customer chat window UI, only  things which can be customized are :

      *   Chat Logo
      *   Welcome, please wait while we connect you with a customer care representative - Welcome Message
      *   All customer care representatives are busy assisting other clients. Please continue to wait or try again later - AgentJoinTimeout Message
      *   Sorry, the chat service is currently not available. Please try again later. - Chat Error

    Please refer to the doc : http://docwiki-dev.cisco.com/wiki/SocialMiner_Release_9.0(1)#Customer_Chat  (Refer to ReplyTemplate section). However, it would be interesting to listen to what is your use case for extending the reply template so that we can look into this as a future enhancement.
