    According to template refernce,
    CallsRoutedToday-Number of calls of this type that have been routed since midnight.
    CallsOfferedToday-The total number of calls of this call type offered to this call type since midnight.

    Why don't they match?

    I think there's a typo on the description for CallsOfferedToday.  I think is supposed to be "A total number of calls of this call type offered to this service since midnight. "--is service and not call type.
