Upgrading from CUIC 8.5(3) to 9.0 Custom Reports

    A quick question for the guys out there!

    We are about to upgrade a customer fro 8,5 to 9.0.

    I have created a huge number of custom reports for them, I just wanted to confirm whether all those changes in the custom reports will be intact when upgraded!

    Hi Sarah,

    As per my knowledge, reports should work. However, I would recommend doing
    the following:
    - Check release notes of version 9 to see if any columns/tables have changed
    - There is usually a reporting guide as well, please check it to make sure
    it's still the same

    Last, if you have a lab, it's always better to try it in it first. I
    believe it should work, but I never tried it myself. So, this is just a
    guess.
