UCCX Creating New Fields

    I am trying to create a new report within UCCX, I need to create an Agent Report that includes Total Login Time, Total Talk time, as well as calls handled, ATT, AHT etc etc.

    The Agent Call Summary report, has some of the information, the Agent Summary report has other parts, has anyone out there 'merged' the two and how does that work in the UCCX environment?

    I have managed to create a total Callls Field and  a number of other fields, however without the same type of UCCE SQL DB, it is very difficult to make changes...
    Any & all Help greatly apprecaited,

    Hi Sarah,

    if you combine two cisco reports i.e. Agent Call Summary Report and Agennt State Interval, you will get desired result.

    I'm attaching sql code in text file. 
    Execute using this statement- CALL csiagentcallsummary('2013-01-01 00:00:00','2013-02-01 23:59:59')
    As you can see in above statement filter criteria is DateTime Only not by AgentID /AgentName.

    Hi Varun,

    Thanks for your reply, I have tried to recreate the stored procedure that you have written csiagentcallsummary, I have also tried csi_agent_cal_summary, and neither worked :-(

    Any other ideas, I see that you can't show sp_agent_call_summary, sp_agent_summary   that doesn't work either.

     I thought there could be a way of combinig the 2 reports, however, it doesn't seem to be working for me, so any other help you can give me I would be grateful.

    It should work because i've implemented this report to Lab both HRC and Cisco CUIC 9.X. 
    What you need is to get third party informix DB Connection Tool, so that you can create SP and excute efficiently.
    The code which i ve given you is good to create SP. Just Copy the code and execute it.
     Let me know the error which you are facing, i may able to resolve error.
