    Hey team!!!

    I have been thinking about How I can simulate a automatic process inside callmanager.

    For example:

    I have a TCL script working properly, but now I need to improve that with a integration between TCL script and CUCM.

    TCL script must ask for CUCM to do some tasks, for example:

    - Changing the PIN of the End User "x".

    Do you have any suggestions?

    thanks.

    In what way CUCM side can "answer"  -- Changing the PIN of the End User "x" -- ?
    Or
    In what way CUCM  side can understand  -- Changing the PIN of the End User "x" -- ?

    Thanks !

    I need to force the CUCM to change the PIN (End User) via some application. I have been thinking in use AXL solution like this:

    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ns="http://www.cisco.com/AXL/API/8.5">
       <soapenv:Header/>
       <soapenv:Body>
          <ns:updateUser sequence="?">
             <userid>enduser1</userid>
             <password>123456</password>
             <pin>123456</pin>
          </ns:updateUser>
       </soapenv:Body>
    </soapenv:Envelope>

    Ok, but don't see anything can relatedt to Tcl on GW side. Have you looked other CUCM related tech center on CDN, like JTAPI....etc ?
