    Hi,

    is it possible to access Cisco Contact Center Express via AXL to make for example such SQL report via Perl?

    UCCX does NOT have an AXL API.

    I should mention that UCCX DOES have a Configuration API.

    Do you maybe have a UCCX API Rest example how to get users from UCCX or how to configure users?

    The sample client code available here (http://developer.cisco.com/web/uccxapi/documentation)  illustrates all the operations for 'Campaign' resource. The approach is identical for other resources (such as users).
