CUCM getPhone not working

    Trying to get AXL apis working for the first time, using the java example given in AXL dev guide. Getting below error when I query for a phone configured in CUCM.
    Below are true:
    1. Cisco AXL Web Service activated.
    2. A EndUser "axluser" created, added to a user group "AXL User Group", asigned role "Standard AXL API Access"
