    Hello, I am using the AXL API to specify the ring settings for existing remote destinations for single number reach. I am able to successfully specify the ring schedule with adding/editing time periods but not able to set the schedule back to "All the time". I use the removeTimePeriod API call to delete each of the week day time periods associated with my remote destination's time schedule. That seems to set the user interface of the remote destination page in UCM appropriately (selects the "All the time" readio button under ring settings) but does not function that way. However, if I do it using the UCM user interface instead of AXL - it works. Is there anything else I need to specify after deleting all time periods in order to go back to the "All the time" ring setting? Any additional AXL calls I need to make in order to achieve this? Thanks for the help in advance!

    hi gery, this is from one of our axl developers:
    I checked the below issue. There doesn’t seem any AXL issue. Apart from removing each of week day time periods (using removeTimePeriod API) you don’t need to make any additional AXL call to schedule the time period back to “All the time”. When all week day time periods are removed the time period will be automatically set to “All the time” as is happening from AXL side too.
      when you say 'it doesnt function that way,' you mean the ucm page shows the correct time of day settings, but your remote destination doesn't ring all the time? if this is the case, please also ensure the remote destination's line is associated and mobile connect/reach me anywhere is enabled.

    Hi Matthew,

    I worked with Gery on this issue.
    He updated the TodAccess by setting the timeScheduleName empty like this and it worked:

          <ns:updateTodAccess sequence="?">
             <uuid>C483D134-FFB4-FF96-F911-C84B641F1723</uuid>
             <members>
                <member>
                   <timeScheduleName/>
                   <accessListName/>
                </member>
             </members>
          </ns:updateTodAccess>

    Thanks,
    Adrienne

    Hi Koushal,

    Can you describe to me what you mean when you say time period is not set on CUCM? Are you looking at the CUCM website? If so which page?

    Thanks,
    Adrienne
