I have created a TCD report which brings back data if I set the Key Criteria field in properties as ANI, however if I change it to Skill Group, then it doesn't bring back any data at all.
As far as I can see everything is associated correctly and when I run it with ANI I can see the Skill Group information, therefore I don't know where to look!
Any help or advise will be greatly appreiated.
Here is the query.
Agent.EnterpriseName as Agent,
Skill_Group.EnterpriseName as SkillGroup,
Termination_Call_Detail TCD
JOIN Agent ON TCD.AgentSkillTargetID = Agent.SkillTargetID

Hi Steve, unfortunately that is where my problem is I do not have access to teh SQL Query Analyzer to know why it is not working, so I am sort of running blind.
However I am pleased to read that you had information come back from my query based on Skill group - so hopefully it will work in the customers environment and it is just our lab syste, :-)

Steve you are brilliant i have added in teh SkillGroupTargetID and it works.. see it is the little things :-)

I copied your query and was able to produce results.
It may be how CUIC is performing the where clause.
I would do the following.
Execute this is CUIC then and select the 'SQL' that CUIC generates.  Then run that directly in SQL Query Analyzer.  Chances it is how CUIC creates the WHERE clause,

Additional Thought.
If you are using the stock Skill Group collection.  The value list needs to be set on SkillGroupSkillTargetID and your Key Criteria Field should be SkillGrouSkillTargetID.
