Hi,
I'm trying to build a report to show only Not Ready Reason Codes higher than 'X'.  There's a stock report called "Agent Not Ready Detail" which shows all Reason codes but if I change the definition all the fields get out of wack.
Any help is appreciated

Did you ever get the answer to this problem as I have been experiencing the same thing - I wondered if it was a bug in the system?
