Problem with CallDetailReport

    I am running CUIC 8.5.1 Standard. Recently I downloaded the CallDetailReport.XML as it sounds like just the report my users are asking for.  However it will not import.  It will sit there saying "importing" for hours without loading.  Anyone have any thoughts as to what's going on here?
