Clear CallHistory, only last missed call

    Hi to all,
    is there a way to reset only last missed call from  Missed Calls list and from phone display ?
    I know there is the Init:CallHistory URI where I can use to clear all the calls list. Nut if I want to celar only the last missed call ?
    Furthermore, I would like to make not visible the string "1 missed call" on the phone display when the user doesn't not respond to a call.

    This type of manipulation is not possible.  About the only option available is to remove the Missed Calls service completely (via UCM admin pages.)

    Hi,
    By default it is not possible, and removing the 1 missed call line wont be possible even with 3rd party tools.

    However you can solve the history (clering last mist call) by creating your own list of missed call. It is not trivial but you can do that by your own web server, XML services & Cisco CTI. You can check 3rd party solution/developer (ask me if you want to know about our solution) that have such history solution, and they can customize that for you. But .. it wont be cheap at all.
