    Hi!

    Sometimes my phone model 8961 displays a following error: "HTTP Content type is not supported 9" when trying to process a CiscoIPPhoneImageFile.

    There is a CiscoIPPhoneImageFile sample:

    <pre class="code-java" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; font-family: monospace; font-size: 1.2em; color: #333333; line-height: 13px; text-align: left; background-color: #f0f0f0; "><?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <CiscoIPPhoneImageFile appId="PhoneUP/DirectoryCard">
      <SoftKeyItem>
        <Name>Скрыть</Name>
        <URL>SoftKey:Exit</URL>
        <Position>1</Position>
      </SoftKeyItem>
      <Title>&lt; - 71536</Title>
      <LocationX>0</LocationX>
      <LocationY>0</LocationY>
      <URL>http://puqa832:80/phone/Images/cfd79672855f45b4ad66dc37fc6aa861.png</URL>
    </CiscoIPPhoneImageFile></pre>

    Any suggestions?

    First thought would be to ensure that all responses include the correct 'Content-Type:' header.  If so, I would check that the image returned has valid resolution/color-depth for the intended device.  If those check out - and you can reproduce on the latest available phone firmware load - you can attach a Wireshack packet capture of the complete transaction here and we'll take a look.
