Hello,
 
I am try to use the stock CUIC 8.0 report call Agent Team Historical All Fields and only have a nice, concise monthly summary of the information in that report. However, I try to remove the field DateTime (in an attempt to remove the intervals), but the intervals remain in the report. Is there a way to collapse that information into a data range summary? I don't need all the interval segments for each agent.

Support. My customer also request a summary report to show the total no. of call in day/ month without 30 mins interval. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

Recommend using the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Summary reports posted in the Documentation area of this developer.cisco.com area.

 
Just be aware that the summary information calculated on Daily weekly or monthly basis do the calculation based on the ICM Time.
If you have users created with multiple timezones they would tend to have issues as their Daily times will not match ICM Router Time.
