TCL error

    Hi guys,
     
    I'm trying to run a tcl script that plays a greeting and transfers the call to a hunt group. Inbound call is received on a SIP trunk on g711alaw and an inbound dial-peer picks up the call and runs the aa application. Call is actually getting dropped when the tcl tries to open the .au file.

    I think your audio file is g711u try to use g711a audio file see if it helps.

    it was indeed codec issue, I converted the greeting to g711alaw and it now works fine. I have used the attached tcl script to play a greeting for an inbound call and forward it to a hunt group.
