    I am seeing the following behavior with my CUCM 8.5 cluster...

    When calling the "getUser" procedure against one particular user, I receive the following error:

    [17-Oct-2011 10:03:47] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught SoapFault exception: [soapenv:Client] A subquery has returned not exactly one row. in /var/www/html/axl/test/test.php:16

    The actual line of PHP code is:

    $response = $client->getUser(array("userid"=>"CLN0525"));

    When manually looking up the user in CUCM, with a "userID begins with" filter, I return one and only one response.
    Our enduser database is synced with AD using LDAP. I have rerun the sync manually and verified that only one user exists with this ID and no users exist with IDs that are sub or supersets of this ID.

    I have tried all permutations of case with the same result.
    This is the only user that I have identified that has this issue.

    I am trying to determine if this is a bug or a database problem. I suspect a database problem but lack at firm enough understanding of the unlaying SQL environment to design a raw SQL query to verify this.

    Can someone assist?

    there is a known bug if you have primary extension and ipcc extension set for the users, do you have uccx?

    Yes, we do have UCCX 8.5 SR1 and this is a UCCX agent. However, it doesn't seem to be doing it for all agents. Just this one and one other that I found since my original post.

    Do you have the bug ID or any additional information handy?

    Thanks. I will have to write some sort of work around. If I come up with anything useful, I'll post it back here.
