How to implement Supervisor / Emergency Assistance in CAD as in CTI OS

    Contact center is running on UCCX 8.0. Customer wants to have a new feature added to their desktop application (CAD).
    When customer and agent are on call, agent should have facility to connect to supervisor when "9" is pressed.
    There are around 5 teams and 7 supervisors in the contact center.
    Please can you advise me how to achieve this in CAD?
    We checked in the Cisco online materials and CTI OS desktop application has got this feature. Just want to know how do we do the same from CAD?
