It¿s not TOD Access.  It¿s most likely the ¿Enable Mobile Connect¿ box in the CUCM interface.  You¿ll need to modify whichever parameter this is via AXL to stop the RD from ringing.

Subject: New Message from Alejandra Moreno in Administration XML (AXL) - Administration XML Questions: remote destination

Alejandra Moreno has created a new message in the forum "Administration XML Questions":

    Hi,

Is it ok to add a remote destination without any TODAccess? The AXL interface doesn't complain when I add a remotedestination without the todAccess tag. Then I update the remote destination to set the 'enable' flag but I have encountered strange behaviors. Sometimes after disabling the remote destination using AXL modifyRemoteDestination the remoteDestination still rings. Is it because I have no TODAccess defined? I want to have it all the time ringing but to be able to switch on/off the enable flag. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

I use that flag to activate/deactivate the feature without adding a TODAccess reference. However with 3 remote destinations if I enable all 3 and then disable one, make a call and disable a second destination this last one is still ringing. And it happens everytime I try. The activate/deactivate is done with AXL, I see in the admin GUI that enable mobility is not checked but the destination still rings. If I check the CUCM DB when a remote destination is added using the CUCM admin GUI the corresponding entries in tables todaccess and todaccesssetting are created. However if I create a remote destination using AXL with NO TODAccess tag there's no entry in these 2 tables. Can this be the reason?

Have you tried deleting the entries in the TOD?  In a test environment, of course.

I guess I found the problem...sometimes the refresh of the enable flag is not inmediate for the feature, that's why a destination will ring eventhough I disabled it.
