I worked with the forum a while ago to alter the ITS script to answer a call, play a greeting and then forward on to CallManager.  At the time we were only implementing this at sites that had one POTS lines.  Now we want to expand this to a couple sites with more than one POTS line and when I started my testing I noticed that the application won't handle more than one call at a time.  When the second call rings into the router I get a fast busy.  Attached is the script.
    Router configuration:

     application
     service autoatt flash:its-CISCO.2.0.2.0.tcl
      param operator 55011
      paramspace english language en
      paramspace english index 0
      param queue-len 2

Your destination is always 55011 getting from
             param operator 55011
so you won't get 2nd call connected

So even if the phones that have 55011 setup on it are configured to accept multiple calls the script see that there is already a call connected to 55011 and won't process the call?

If you setup end point in that way then it should.

    My suggestion is  do
    leg setup $dest callInfo leg_incoming
    in act_Stup
    then

have a procedure to catch the "ev_setup_done"
             set fsm(CALLSETUP,ev_setup_done)    "act_CallSetupDone    CALLSETUPDONE"
    then do the handoff
            handoff appl leg_all default

It might not fix the issue now but at least you can print out leg setup status to see what is the reason for fast busy.

You were the one that helped me last time and I just took what you had and create the script.  I wouldn't even know where to put those steps in my current script.

I am not sure it is the script that is causing me issues.  When I have a call that is connected through the script to CallManager and another call comes into an FXO port with PLAR configured that doesn't route through the script it still gives me reorder tone.  Let me fix this first then we can test the script.

Thanks for the help thus far.
