    Hi,

    I
    have a script working...

    option
    1: User unlock

    option
    2: Password change

    option
    3: Forwarding to help desk¿

    But I
    need to forward the call using just one leg¿. Because currently the flow is:

    -
    IP phone A ¿7081¿ call to Router TCL
    script  ¿7077¿

    -
    Ip phone A user selected option 3..
    Router forward the call to Ip phone B ¿7086¿ and IP phone answer¿

    So,
    at moment of call using ¿sh call active voice¿ on router I have 2 legs¿ I would
    like just one leg or a real call transfer¿

    Could
    you Help me please??

    proc CallHelpDesk { } {
           global CallerID

           puts "Fowarding to Help Desk"

           set callinfo(originationNum) $CallerID
           set callinfo(alertTime) 10
           set destination 7086

           puts "FAZENDO CHAMADA"
           leg setup $destination callinfo leg_outgoing

           #fsm setstate CALLEDHELPDESK
    }

    proc CheckCallSetup { } {

         puts "IT7 ------------ chamada realizada"

         set statuscall [infotag get evt_status]
         switch $statuscall {

                            "ls_000" {

                                     puts "CHAMADA ATIVA"

                                     set incoming [infotag get leg_incoming]
                                     puts "Parte 2"
                                     set outgoing [infotag get leg_outgoing]

                                     connection create $incoming $outgoing

                                     }

                             defaul {
                                    puts "CHAMADA FALHOU"
                                    }
                            }

          puts "CHECK CALL SETUP ACABOU"

    }

    It is the script... I can not to use two call legs when the user select the option 3... I need of a real transfer...

    thanks.

    Hi Jean,

    please send us the complete script to understand the issue, BTW what do you mean by "I can not to use two call legs when the user select the option 3"  to bridge a call you need both incoming and outgoing call legs.

    Thanks,
    Raghavendra

    Because the router will integrate with another PABX via ISDN¿

    So, the call flow will be:

    Call to TCL script >>>>> PABX >>>>> Router >>>> PABX¿

    *****So I need leave available the first channel used¿ Because I will need all channels¿ 30¿ Because the quantity of calls is very high¿

    I have a topology to explain my problem... How can I to post here??

    Thanks.

    you can send it to developer-support@cisco.com or can raise developer support case and attach the script . is it TBCT script?

    Thanks,
