Call Waiting ( call in queue) Field in UCCX Database

    Hi All,
     
     We are in a process of developing a Web Application , some sort of a Wallboard for UCCX Application. We are able to fetch out most of thefields from the Database. The problem comes in when we want to check in real Time about the Calls which are in queue.
     
    Can you all please assist in getting me to know, which tables do we have to query to find out this information. that is to find out details of the calls which are presently active but are still in queues.

    Hi there,

    You'll find the information of how many calls are currently waiting in the Queue within the Call_Type_Real_Time (CTRT) table: CTRT.RouterCallsQNow
    You can select every CallType you'd like to summarize and then display it within your wallboard.
