Recording step if user hangs up

    I'm actually programming our new call center running on UCCX version 8.0.2.
    I'm facing a problem using the recording step.
    The recording step needs an # at the end of the message to complete the step.
    How can I do if I want to record the message even if the user hangs up the call?
     
    I saw in the reactive debug I get the following exceptions:
     
    java.io.WriteabortedException: writing aborted;
    java.io.NotSerializableException: com.cisco.wf.cmt.dialogs.CMTRecordingDialogImpl
     
    Is there any way to solve the problem using OnExceptionClear?
     
    Did somebody have any solution on this? I believe is a very common issue, because people are habit to close the phone after the message. Nobody takes care about pressing a button at the end.
