    Hello,

I am trying to answer a call from the services screen. Is it possible to add a softkey button to do this? If so what would the xml look like?

    Thank you,

    Rick

    Update:

My application displays a caller name from a database lookup. It displays correctly on ring and disappears after connected.  My problem is when I have multiple lines. The services screen comes up and there is no way to answer the phone except by exiting the application then answering.

So I found a way to answer by using a soft button key:Line1 , however its still not answering the second call that comes in when I select the soft button for Key:Line2. Any ideas?

    Thanks

    <SoftKeyItem><Name>Line1</Name><URL>Key:Line1</URL><Position>1</Position></SoftKeyItem>
    <SoftKeyItem><Name>Line2</Name><URL>Key:Line2</URL><Position>2</Position></SoftKeyItem>

Is the call really coming in on line2 (so can you answer if by physically pressing the line2 key)? If I recall correctly (no phones around to test), it all happens on the line key that is being called... so unless you have a second DN on a second line key, you can't answer calls by pressing line2 key... be it physically or via application.

It turns out that Answer softkey when set to Key:Line1 will answer both calls.
