Error Importing Summary Templates

    I am trying to import the templates from the CUIC8SummaryTemplates.zip and have only been able to get the Call Type Skill Group Historical Weekly and Monthly to work.  When I try any of the other I get an error message 'Import could not be completed: unexpected error'.  Is there something else I need to do to those summary templates before I can import them?  Thanks!

    What's your CUIC version?
    do you have log for this? you can enable CUIC logging in OAMP, then perform
    the import and retrieve the logs through RTMT.

    It's 8.0.1.  I turned up the trace levels in OAMP but am unsure which log will help me troubleshoot?  Which log(s) specifically should I be looking at?  Thanks

    Hello there,

    We got the same issue but in the latest version 8.0.4 (announced as 8.0.5).
    Only possibility to be able to import the report zip again is to delete everything concerning these reports. Meaning: Delete all Reports and all the referenced ReportDefinitions.
    Now comes the problem: If you're using a CUIC standard license, you don't have any access to the ReportDefinitions. Voilà you're unable to import the reports again if the ReportDefinitions has changed. If they haven't changed and the ReportDefinition with its referenced ID is still available, deleting the Report will be sufficient.
    Pay attention to the permission assignment. They probably need to be redone.

    Cisco simply did NOT implement any Update possibility...

    @ Joey Wang: There are several reasons why a customer would like to import the same Report-Package again. Most commonly: They changed the original imported Report and would like to restore the initial version. Or else: they would like to import the corrected version of the reports.

    @ David Chumbley: I guess if you are using a Standard license your only chance is to open a TAC Case. Please let us know what Cisco intends to do with this

    It seems CUIC 8.0(1) have some problem about import bunch reports(via zip file), so i think you  can try to upgrade to newer version?

    is " CUIC8SummaryTemplate.zip" come from cisco? I think these reports are build-in in CUIC? why you import them again?

    figured it out.

    The templates are for 8.0.4 and up. Im running 8.0.1.

    The templates call for enabling permalinks which are not supported in 8.0.1.

    To import the templates just delete the following xml entry from the templates:

    <enablePermalink>true</enablePermalink>
