Authentication Error

    Dears,
     
    I am trying to get a screen shot from the IP Phone using the below URL:
     
    Http://PhoneIP/CGI/Screenshot
     
    and then I entered the application user's credentials which is controlling the phone , but i recieve CiscoIPPhoneError 4
    Although i am sure from the credentials of the applicaiton user.
     
    i tried to push a any command to the IPphone using the CGI <CiscoIpPhoneExecute> object with another associated end user .. also it doesn't work
     
    I am using CUCM 8.03.21900-8
    And the IP Phone load is (Sccp41.8-5-4s)
    And the CUCM is integrated with the ADAM
     
    Please help ASAP.

    Can your phone resolve the authentication url?
    I.e. It has a hostname but no dns setup
